On March 26, Token Sciences (Vietnam) held the inauguration ceremony for its new manufacturing facility, reinforcing Bac Ninh’s momentum in attracting electronics and high-tech supply chain projects.
The Token Sciences factory is built on nearly 19,000 m², including production space, warehouses, and supporting facilities. Total investment is about VND 689 billion (around USD 27 million).
The plant focuses on manufacturing display products, with a designed capacity of roughly 3.6 million units per year, serving consumer electronics, smart devices, and high-tech industrial applications.

The project received its Investment Registration Certificate in March 2025 at Hoa Phu Industrial Park. By March 2026, it had undergone its third adjustment, completing key deployment conditions and preparing for operations from Q1/2026.
The stated goal is to build a modern electronics manufacturing base serving both the domestic market and exports.
At the inauguration, Bac Ninh Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh said the province is expected to become a major hub for glass production, including conductive glass, a field described as a strength of Token Sciences.
He also noted that Bac Ninh is home to large companies such as Apple, Samsung, and Tesla, which could potentially use the company’s products. The province views Token Sciences’ investment as a fit for strengthening the supply chain—from foundational components to finished products—supporting global brands.
Bac Ninh confirmed it will facilitate the project and treat the company as a strategic investor. Provincial leadership encouraged the company to proactively report difficulties for timely resolution, and urged the early installation of rooftop solar panels to improve energy efficiency and support sustainability goals.
Token Sciences (Vietnam) is a subsidiary of Wuhu Token Sciences Group, a key player in China’s display materials industry, particularly in ITO conductive glass and touch modules.
Beyond this project, Bac Ninh has continued to record positive investment signals in electronics within industrial parks:
A Cooler Master Vietnam accommodation facility project at Gia Binh Industrial Park registered USD 100 million in investment.
GIS Technology Vietnam, a subsidiary of Foxconn, increased its capital by USD 60 million for its project at Yen Lu Industrial Park, bringing total investment to USD 90 million. The company is described as producing electronic components, particularly in displays and touch technology.
According to Bac Ninh’s industrial park authority, the province plans to prioritize investors with strong financial capacity and significant budget contributions, focusing on high-tech fields such as software, electronics and IT, automation equipment, mechanical engineering, auto–motorcycle parts, electrical equipment, and other higher value-added products.
