Tay Ninh has broken ground on an 8.5-hectare rental factory project at Tan Kim Industrial Park in Can Giuoc commune. The project has more than VND 1,717 billion in investment and is expected to provide ready-built factories, offices and warehouses while attracting manufacturing investors.

Tay Ninh has started construction of an 8.5-hectare rental factory project at Tan Kim Industrial Park in Can Giuoc commune. The project, named Kizuna 5, has total investment of more than VND 1,717 billion and is expected to add new ready-built factory, office and warehouse space for businesses seeking production facilities in the province.
On April 28, 2026, the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh Province and Kizuna JV Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the rental factory project. The event was organized as part of activities marking the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.

The project is located in Tan Kim Industrial Park, Can Giuoc commune. It will provide factories, offices and warehouses for lease, with a total floor area of about 124,160 square meters.
Provincial leaders attending the ceremony included Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh Province; Mr. Nguyen Dai Thy, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Huynh Van Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; and Ms. Le Thi Song An, Deputy Head of the provincial National Assembly delegation.
The project covers about 8.5 hectares and has total investment of more than VND 1,717 billion. It is planned to supply ready-built factories and supporting spaces for businesses that need leased production premises instead of developing their own facilities from the beginning.
According to the investor, the project will provide 128,000 square meters of newly built factory space under LEED Gold-oriented standards. It is expected to create jobs for more than 5,000 workers, attract at least 60 domestic and foreign investors, and bring more than VND 10,300 billion in new industrial investment capital to Tay Ninh.
For the province, the project adds to the local industrial infrastructure supply and supports the development of a more service-integrated industrial model. Ready-built factories can help businesses reduce setup time and access production space more quickly, particularly for small and medium-sized manufacturers or companies entering a new market.
The project is being developed with an orientation toward LEED Gold certification, an international green building standard. This direction reflects rising demand for industrial facilities that meet stricter requirements on energy use, environmental management and operational efficiency.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Tran Duy Vu, Chief Executive Officer of Kizuna JV Joint Stock Company, said the project would support ESG and Net Zero goals while providing newly built factory space, creating employment and attracting industrial investment capital to Tay Ninh.
From the provincial side, Mr. Huynh Van Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, noted that the project is suitable for the trend of green industrial development. He also said that ready-built factory projects with support services can strengthen links among production, logistics and services.
Tay Ninh Province said it would continue accompanying investors and improving the local investment environment. At the same time, provincial leaders asked the investor to focus on implementation, ensure construction progress and quality, and comply strictly with environmental regulations.
Once developed, the rental factory project is expected to expand Tay Ninh’s industrial space, support new manufacturing investment and create additional employment. Its contribution will depend on project execution, tenant attraction and the ability to operate in line with the province’s green industrial development direction.
