Siam Holdings and VFI VN have broken ground on a multi-storey rental factory project in Tay Ninh Province. The development will provide 14,426.3 square metres of modern industrial space for manufacturing and logistics tenants, with construction scheduled from April 2026 to November 2026.
Siam Holdings, in partnership with VFI VN, has officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for a multi-storey rental factory project at Lot A117, Thai Hoa Industrial Park, Duc Lap Commune, Tay Ninh Province. The project marks a notable step in the two companies’ cooperation strategy and adds new momentum to the development of high-standard industrial space in southern Vietnam.
Designed as a modern high-rise factory model, the project will include five floors and one mezzanine, with a total gross floor area of 14,426.3 square metres. The development is intended to meet the needs of manufacturing and logistics businesses that require efficient industrial space as land availability in industrial zones becomes increasingly constrained.
The project reflects a shift toward more space-efficient industrial development. By adopting a multi-storey design, Siam Holdings and VFI VN aim to offer a practical solution for businesses seeking operational capacity without depending on large land plots.
