Ling Rong Vietnam has started construction of a 42,800 m² electronics and home appliance manufacturing plant in Quang Ninh. The project includes production of electric vehicles, components, and packaging, supporting industrial growth and expanding manufacturing capacity in northern Vietnam.
On April 15, 2026, Ling Rong Vietnam Co., Ltd. officially commenced construction of its electronics and home appliance manufacturing plant at Lot CN-06, Dong Mai Industrial Park, Dong Mai Ward, Quang Ninh Province. The project marks a significant step in the company’s long-term manufacturing expansion strategy in northern Vietnam.
The project, covering more than 42,800 square meters, is designed to develop a modern, integrated production complex. Once operational, the facility is expected to strengthen manufacturing capacity while contributing to industrial growth in Quang Ninh and the broader northern economic region.
Ling Rong Vietnam Co., Ltd., the project’s investor, operates in the electronics and home appliance manufacturing sector with a long-term development orientation in Vietnam. The company has established a structured investment approach supported by official certifications.
The enterprise registration certificate (Company ID: 5702167739) was first issued on September 27, 2024, by the Business Registration Office under the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Ninh Province. Prior to that, the investment registration certificate (Project Code: 6550103755) was granted on September 25, 2024, by the Quang Ninh Economic Zone Authority.
These approvals provide the legal and operational framework for the project’s development and future production activities.
According to the project plan, the facility will produce a wide range of products, including electric bicycles, electric motorbikes, and related components such as frames, structural parts, and electronic control systems. In addition, the project includes manufacturing bicycles for adults and children, lighting equipment, speedometers for sports bicycles, and carton packaging.
The production activities are aligned with multiple VSIC industry codes, including:
3091: Manufacturing of motorcycles and motorbikes
3092: Manufacturing of bicycles and vehicles for disabled persons
2740: Manufacturing of electric lighting equipment
2652: Manufacturing of watches and clocks
1702: Manufacturing of paper packaging
This diversified production structure reflects the company’s strategy to build a vertically integrated manufacturing ecosystem.
The project outlines detailed production capacities across key product categories. Annual output includes:
10,000 electric bicycles and 20,000 electric motorbikes
20,000 electric drive systems
300,000 frames and 170,000 structural components
10,000 electronic control units
20,000 bicycles for adults and children
Additional outputs include lighting systems, speedometers, and carton packaging, contributing to a total estimated annual material conversion volume of 6,300 tons and 550 tons of plated products.
These figures indicate a large-scale manufacturing operation designed to support both domestic demand and potential export markets.
The Ling Rong Vietnam project is positioned as part of a broader industrial expansion strategy in northern Vietnam. By establishing a modern manufacturing complex in Dong Mai Industrial Park, the company aims to enhance supply chain capabilities and create new industrial momentum in the region.
