Phu Xuan Industrial Park has broken ground in Dak Lak with a total planned area of 313.03 hectares and nearly VND 2.477 trillion in investment. The project targets manufacturing, high-tech sectors and green planning, while supporting local employment and the province’s industrial restructuring.

Phu Xuan Industrial Park has officially broken ground in Dak Lak, marking a major industrial infrastructure project with a total scale of 313.03 hectares and nearly VND 2.477 trillion in investment. Developed by DPV Dak Lak Joint Stock Company, the project is expected to support manufacturing, create local jobs and strengthen the province’s industrial growth direction.
A Three-Phase Industrial Infrastructure Project
On April 24, DPV Dak Lak Joint Stock Company started construction of the project to build and operate infrastructure for Phu Xuan Industrial Park in Cuor Dang commune, Dak Lak province.

The project will be implemented in three phases. Phase 1 alone has an estimated investment of around VND 802 billion. With a total planned area of 313.03 hectares, Phu Xuan Industrial Park is positioned as one of the province’s important industrial infrastructure projects.
The development aims to provide space and infrastructure for enterprises engaged in production and business activities, supporting Dak Lak’s broader plan to increase industrial value and shift its economic structure.
Focus on Multi-Sector and High-Tech Industries
Phu Xuan Industrial Park is oriented as a multi-sector industrial centre. The project gives priority to attracting industries such as agricultural and forestry product processing, pharmaceuticals, electronics, mechanical engineering and green energy using high technology.
This orientation reflects the province’s focus on industrial development that is not limited to traditional manufacturing. By targeting a wider range of industries, the industrial park is expected to create a foundation for more diversified production activities in the locality.
The project also reserves more than 20% of its total area for green planning. This is intended to balance industrial production with the natural ecosystem of the Central Highlands region.
Supporting Employment and Sustainable Growth
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Dak Lak Vice Chairman Dao My said that once operational, Phu Xuan Industrial Park will help create jobs for local people and contribute positively to the province’s sustainable development.
The groundbreaking comes as Dak Lak is focusing on planning 16 industrial parks with a combined area of more than 5,200 hectares. The province is also working toward development directions linked to the digital economy, green economy and knowledge economy.
For Dak Lak, Phu Xuan Industrial Park is expected to become an important basis for attracting enterprises into production and business activities. It is also expected to support economic restructuring and increase the province’s industrial growth value.
Provincial leaders requested DPV Dak Lak Joint Stock Company to carry out construction in line with the project schedule. The province also committed to continuing to accompany and create favorable conditions for the investor throughout the project implementation process.
