The Management Board of the provincial Economic Zone has granted an investment registration certificate to Vietnam Precision Ceramics Co., Ltd. for its project in Bắc Thạch Hà Industrial Park (VSIP Hà Tĩnh Industrial Park). The project focuses on the production of high-tech ceramic materials and products.

The Vietnam Precision Ceramics Co., Ltd. project is located at No. 2, Street No. 3 (part of Lot A4-2, VSIP Hà Tĩnh Industrial Park), with a land area of over 10,000 m². The total investment exceeds VND 35 billion. The plant’s total designed capacity is 360 tons of products per year, including 260 tons annually in Phase 1 and an additional 100 tons per year in Phase 2.
On April 18, ThaiBinh Seed Group broke ground on a high-quality rice processing plant, marking a new milestone in enhancing the value of Vietnamese rice within a modern production chain.

The project is being developed in Lê Xá Hamlet, Quỳnh Phụ Commune, Hưng Yên Province, covering an area of 10 hectares, with a total investment of VND 1 trillion—the largest ever undertaken by the Group. The plant has a designed capacity of 50,000 tons per year, supported by a modern and fully integrated technology system.
A key highlight is the use of equipment sourced from Japan and Europe, with Satake Corporation—a global leader in agricultural processing technology—as the principal partner. The facility is designed as a fully automated, closed-loop system, covering all stages from raw material intake, drying, storage, milling, and grading to final product finishing, meeting stringent export standards.
On the morning of April 18, Hòa Phát Group held the inauguration ceremony for the Hòa Phát Long An Steel Pipe Plant in Tây Ninh, marking a significant step forward in its strategy to expand market share in southern Vietnam and boost exports.

The Hòa Phát Long An Steel Pipe Plant spans 15 hectares, with a total investment of over VND 2 trillion. It is equipped with fully integrated, modern production lines, 100% imported from G7 countries, with a designed capacity of 400,000 tons per year.
The plant is located in Tây Ninh Province (formerly Long An), a strategic gateway connecting Ho Chi Minh City with the Mekong Delta provinces. This location offers strong advantages for expansion and enables the efficient supply of high-quality steel pipe products to the southern market and for export.

On the morning of April 18, Asia Industrial Technical Joint Stock Company (ACIT) officially broke ground on the construction of Hòa Lạc Factory No. 3, bringing its total number of modern manufacturing facilities in Hanoi to five. The project marks a significant expansion of ACIT’s production capacity amid rapidly growing market demand and increasing pressure on its existing factories.

The project is being developed on a site of approximately 12,000 m², with a total investment of over VND 400 billion. The factory’s total floor area is expected to exceed 20,000 m² and will be equipped with advanced production lines. The facility is also designed with future expansion in mind, providing a foundation for ACIT to develop additional product lines.

On April 15, 2026, Ling Rong Vietnam Co., Ltd. officially broke ground on the construction of an electronics and home appliance manufacturing plant at Lot CN-06, Đông Mai Industrial Park, Đông Mai Ward, Quảng Ninh Province.

With a scale of over 42,800 m², the project aims to develop a modern, fully integrated manufacturing complex. Once operational, the plant is expected to enhance production capacity and contribute to the industrial growth of Quảng Ninh Province as well as the surrounding region.
Doosun Precision (Dalian) Co., Ltd. has signed a memorandum of understanding for an investment project to build an automotive parts manufacturing plant at Becamex VSIP Bình Định Industrial Park, with a total estimated investment of USD 79.2 million (approximately VND 2 trillion). The project, covering 13.2 hectares, was announced at the Gia Lai Investment Promotion Conference 2026 held on March 28, and stands out as one of the notable manufacturing commitments at the event.
Doosun currently operates a facility of over 7,000 m² with more than 80 employees, producing a range of components such as pistons, rotors, hubs, mounting plates, and other precision mechanical parts for the automotive industry. This background explains why the Vietnam project is clearly positioned in the automotive parts segment, rather than being broadly categorized as a general mechanical engineering project.

On April 12, 2026, a provincial delegation led by Party Secretary Lương Nguyễn Minh Triết conducted a site inspection of the project. Provincial authorities directed relevant departments to coordinate closely and expedite procedures related to environmental approvals, fire prevention and control, and construction permits, ensuring the project stays on track for its planned groundbreaking.

The plant will have a capacity of 1,000 kg per hour (7,896 tons per year), with a total investment of VND 2 trillion. The project is being developed on a 50,000 m² site, with a maximum construction density of 60%, and more than 20% of the area allocated to green spaces and water features.
This will be a Net Zero–standard ecological energy coffee plant, applying advanced technologies from Germany and Italy, with a high level of automation and a workforce of approximately 400 employees.
The project is scheduled for implementation from Q2 2026 to Q3 2027, with operations expected to commence in Q4 2027.
On April 14, in a formal and celebratory atmosphere, Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (Foxconn) officially held the inauguration ceremony of its Vietnam Headquarters Office in Hanoi.

The Vietnam Headquarters Office in Hanoi is expected to serve as a central hub for connectivity, fostering a collaborative ecosystem and unlocking broader development opportunities in the coming period.

Thủy Nguyên Industrial Park (Phase 1) covers nearly 248 hectares, with a total investment of close to VND 4 trillion. It is expected to become a new industrial hub in the northern part of the city. The project follows a long-term development roadmap, targeting full operations after 2028.
Kim Thành 2 Industrial Park (Phase 1) and Bình Giang Industrial Park will add more than 380 hectares of industrial land, contributing to the expansion of production corridors linked to the existing ecosystem.
Among projects developed by Vinhomes, Nam Tràng Cát Industrial Park and Ngũ Phúc Industrial Park will significantly increase supply. Notably, Ngũ Phúc Industrial Park, with a total investment exceeding VND 5.6 trillion, is among the largest projects in this wave.
Hoàng Diệu Industrial Park, invested by Hòa Phát, and Trấn Dương – Hòa Bình Industrial Park (Zone A, Phase 1), associated with GELEX, will further expand the industrial network across multiple locations, supporting a wide range of sectors from manufacturing to logistics.
The Tràng Duệ Supporting Industrial Cluster, spanning nearly 65 hectares, will provide space for satellite enterprises, directly serving major production hubs in the area.
Lê Thiện – Đại Bản Industrial Cluster will help redistribute industrial space more flexibly, while the Thủy Nguyên mechanical engineering and foundry craft village cluster reflects a direction toward modernizing traditional industries under an industrial model.
On April 24, 2026, GS Holding will officially break ground on the Ez.Park Đắk Lắk I Industrial Park project.
The project spans a total area of 313.03 hectares, offering a large land bank with a well-balanced spatial plan. Of this, 181.90 hectares are designated for industrial use, while the remaining area is allocated to supporting infrastructure and auxiliary facilities. The project has an operational term of 50 years, extending to 2074.
On the afternoon of March 3, 2026, at Mỹ Thái Commune, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the investment project to develop and operate infrastructure for Mỹ Thái Industrial Park.

The Mỹ Thái Industrial Park infrastructure investment and development project in Bắc Ninh Province is being implemented across Mỹ Thái Commune and Lạng Giang Commune. The project received investment policy approval from the Prime Minister under Decision No. 260/QĐ-TTg dated February 11, 2025.
The project covers an area of 159.97 hectares, with an operational term of 50 years and a total investment of VND 1,898 billion. It is fully funded by the investor, Việt Úc Steel Joint Stock Company.
On the morning of April 13, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Thắng Sơn Industrial Cluster infrastructure development project was held in Cự Đồng Commune.

The Thắng Sơn Industrial Cluster infrastructure development project covers an area of over 20 hectares, with a total investment of VND 120 billion. It includes auxiliary facilities and infrastructure built to meet national standards for technical quality and safety, while promoting a green, clean, and sustainable development environment.
