On the afternoon of February 23, a land sublease agreement was signed between Cizidco and HS Hyosung Quang Nam Co., Ltd. for operations within the Tam Thang Expanded Industrial Park.
The agreement covers a land sublease area of approximately 21 hectares, with a total lease value equivalent to 220 billion VND.

Hyosung plans to break ground on the tire cord factory project in the first quarter of 2026 and commence operations by the fourth quarter of this year. The project utilizes a total land area of 34.76 hectares, comprising 13.76 hectares already invested in the existing Tam Thang Industrial Park and 21 hectares within the expanded section.
On February 23, Truong Hai Group Joint Stock Company (THACO) inaugurated three new manufacturing plants.
Specifically, the Household Equipment Factory is built on an area of 25,000 square meters with a total investment of USD 20 million.

The Specialized Equipment Factory covers 60,000 square meters with a total investment of USD 30 million and has an annual production capacity of 75,000 units of industrial and agricultural equipment, specialized mechanical structures, and 23,000 tons of steel structures.
In addition, the Automotive Interior Factory is built on an area of 7,000 square meters with a total investment of USD 20 million and a production capacity of more than 100,000 product sets per year.
On the morning of February 26, KURZ Vietnam Co., Ltd. officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 2 of its manufacturing plant at Becamex Binh Dinh Industrial Park.

Phase 2 will be developed on an additional area of approximately 1.4 hectares, increasing production capacity by 25 million square meters of products per year. The expansion involves an additional investment of around VND 830 billion and is expected to be completed and officially operational by the end of 2028.
KURZ is a renowned technology group from the Federal Republic of Germany, with a long history of development, modern management systems, and world-leading innovation capabilities in coating technology, foils, and decorative and protective thin films.

On March 1, Yadea Group held the inauguration ceremony for its smart electric motorcycle manufacturing plant with a total investment of over USD 100 million at Tan Hung Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province.

The Yadea electric vehicle factory, located within Tan Hung Industrial Park, has an initial production capacity of 1 million units per year, with plans to expand to 2 million units annually. Phase 1 of the project is expected to create between 800 and 1,000 jobs for local workers, increasing to around 3,000 employees upon completion of Phase 2, contributing to the province’s economic and social development.
During a working session with the Bac Kan Ward People’s Committee, representatives of TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company proposed the development of a manufacturing facility covering approximately 10 hectares. The project is expected to require a total investment of around VND 1,000 billion and is projected to create employment for about 2,500 workers.


On February 26, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Chau Giang Food Processing Plant Project was held.

The project is developed by Chau Giang Food Processing and Trading Co., Ltd., a company with more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing beverage products under both domestic and international brands.
On the morning of February 25, 2026, Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang held the groundbreaking ceremony for its new facility at Lot E2B-3, D6 Street, Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Ho Chi Minh City.

Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang Co., Ltd. is a member of Eurofins Scientific (France), one of the world’s leading scientific groups specializing in testing and analysis services for food quality, environmental monitoring, and pharmaceuticals.

On February 28, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the “VFK Vietnam Sports Equipment Factory” project took place at Gia Binh Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province.

On March 3, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Viet Thang Packaging Factory project took place at Le Ho Industrial Cluster, Ninh Binh Province.

Total project area: 2.5 hectares; Industry: Packaging manufacturing.
On the morning of March 3, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Harmony Shanchuan Factory project was officially held at Quang Chau Industrial Park, Nen Ward, Bac Ninh Province.

The project is invested by Harmony Shanchuan Precision Technology Co., Ltd.
The factory will specialize in the manufacturing of telephone cables.

KCN Vietnam Group has officially broken ground on its latest project at the Phuc Dien Expanded Industrial Park, located in Ke Sat, Hai Phong City (formerly part of Hai Dương Province).

Spanning 18.7 hectares, the development will deliver over 116,000 square meters of high-quality ready-built factories (RBF) and ready-built warehouses (RBW) upon completion. This project aims to bolster the supply of modern industrial infrastructure within the Northern Key Economic Zone, providing a strategic base for both domestic and international manufacturers to enter the market and scale their operations in Vietnam.

On the afternoon of March 3, Viet Uc Steel Joint Stock Company, in coordination with the People's Committee of My Thai Commune, Bac Ninh, officially broke ground on the My Thai Industrial Park infrastructure construction and operation project.

Approved by the Prime Minister under Decision No. 260/QD-TTg on February 11, 2025, the My Thai Industrial Park spans 159.97 hectares. The project represents a total investment of nearly 1.9 trillion VND and has a designated operating term of 50 years.
On the morning of February 26, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Long Phuoc 1 Industrial Cluster infrastructure construction and operation project took place in Long Phuoc, Dong Nai Province.

Developed by Sonadezi Long Thanh Joint Stock Company, the project covers a total area of 75 hectares. The development plan includes the synchronized construction of transportation networks, land leveling, and comprehensive water supply and drainage systems.
The Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee recently issued a decision approving the investment policy and designating Xuan Cau Holdings Joint Stock Company as the investor for Phase 2 of the Xuan Cam – Huong Lam Industrial Park infrastructure construction and operation project.
The industrial park covers an area of over 121 hectares with a total projected investment of nearly 1.74 trillion VND.
Previously, in November 2025, Bac Ninh Province also approved Xuan Cau Holdings to invest in a Concentrated Information Technology Zone. This project spans nearly 260 hectares across Vo Cuong and Hap Linh wards and Lien Bao commune (formerly Tien Du district).
On February 26, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the ready-built factory and warehouse project was held at Lot CN2B, Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park (Zone 2), Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City.

The project is developed by Core 5 Vietnam, with a total area of 109,709 m² (nearly 11 hectares).
