Le Tian Technology Co., Ltd. has reached an important construction milestone in Vietnam as its factory project topped out on April 22, 2026, at Lot CN2.2, An Phat 1 Industrial Park, Hai Phong City. The project is planned as a manufacturing facility for metal components and equipment and accessories used in ventilation, air filtration and cleanroom systems. With the main structure now completed, the factory is moving into the finishing stage and taking another step toward Le Tian’s manufacturing presence in Vietnam.

A New Factory Milestone at An Phat 1 Industrial Park

The project is located at Lot CN2.2, An Phat 1 Industrial Park, in the former Nam Sach area, now part of Tran Phu Commune, Hai Phong City. According to information from the event, the factory is being developed on a land area of approximately 10,000 m2.

The legal entity behind the project is LE TIAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. The company received its operating registration in December 2024, reaching the topping-out milestone after over one year from establishment.

More than a construction update, this milestone is also another signal that Hai Phong continues to attract factory development activity from companies preparing to build production capacity in Vietnam.
