Bac Ninh has recently welcomed a new automobile manufacturing project by Soosan Vietnam Automobile Co., Ltd. at Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park. The project covers an area of approximately 8 hectares.
Its main business lines include the manufacturing of trucks, tractors, and specialized vehicles. The project also covers the production of semi-trailers, trailers, semi-trailers, vehicle bodies, chassis, cargo bodies, and steel structures serving industrial applications.
The total investment capital amounts to more than US$37.9 million. Contributed capital for project implementation exceeds US$12.13 million, accounting for 32% of the total investment.
On the morning of April 28, the groundbreaking ceremony for the DONAVI Herbal Processing and Manufacturing Plant project was held in Thuong Minh Commune.

The DONAVI Herbal Processing and Manufacturing Plant project is being developed on an area of 4.86 hectares, marking an important step forward in advancing the herbal medicine industry in line with the locality’s existing potential. It is one of the key projects aimed at promoting economic restructuring, increasing the value of agricultural production, and creating stable jobs for local workers.

On April 22, 2026, BGF-BIGRFEED inaugurated phase 1 of its factory in Vinh Long and broke ground on phase 2 to expand production capacity for livestock, poultry, and aquaculture feed. The project will help strengthen supply capacity for the Mekong Delta and southern provinces, while reinforcing the company’s manufacturing presence in Vietnam.

The BGF-BIGRFEED Vinh Long factory is being built at Lot B3, Hoa Phu Industrial Park, on an area of nearly 3.3 hectares. The project has a total investment of VND 500 billion and a total designed capacity of nearly 500,000 tons per year. It is the group’s third production facility after Hung Yen and Binh Dinh, contributing to the expansion of its product supply network across the Mekong Delta and southern provinces.

On April 20, 2026, Acecook Vietnam broke ground on the D-GROOVE R&D Center in Ho Chi Minh City to strengthen its food research capabilities, expand innovation, and support sustainable growth. The project is expected to begin operations in 2027 and will connect research, development, and production with global collaboration.

D-GROOVE is being developed on a site of more than 7,000 square meters, featuring a five-story design based on an integrated smart model. The ground floor is arranged as a “mini factory,” with a seamless production line serving prototype and sample-making activities before products move to mass production. From the second floor upward, the building houses modern office space that combines open areas to encourage interaction with private areas for work that requires greater focus.
On the morning of April 22, TLC Vietnam held the inauguration ceremony for the Vincast Factory in Ninh Binh. This is the company’s second factory in Vietnam.

The Vincast Factory covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with a total investment of US$10 million. It is equipped with two SMT lines with a capacity of 10,000 products per day, six high-pressure aluminum die-casting lines, three electrostatic powder coating lines, ten CNC precision machining lines, ten automatic bulb and tube production lines, as well as LED strip and plastic pressure molding lines.

On April 22, in Nghia Dan Commune, Four Leaf Dress Co., Ltd. held the inauguration ceremony for its export garment factory branch. This is a key FDI project expected to contribute to economic development and create jobs for hundreds of workers in western Nghe An.

The factory is built on an area of 2 hectares, with a total investment of approximately VND 135 billion. The company is 100% Japanese-invested and operates under an import-processing and re-export model. Equipped with a modern production line system, the factory specializes in manufacturing traditional Japanese ceremonial garments exclusively for export to the Japanese market.
According to the design plan, when operating at full capacity with around 700 workers, the factory can achieve an output of approximately 450,000 products per year, contributing to stronger manufacturing capacity and higher export value for the locality.
Le Tian Technology Co., Ltd. has reached an important construction milestone in Vietnam as its factory project topped out on April 22, 2026, at Lot CN2.2, An Phat 1 Industrial Park, Hai Phong City. The project is planned as a manufacturing facility for metal components, equipment, and accessories used in ventilation, air filtration, and cleanroom systems.

The project is located at Lot CN2.2, An Phat 1 Industrial Park, in the former Nam Sach area, now part of Tran Phu Commune, Hai Phong City. The factory is being developed on a land area of approximately 10,000 square meters.

On April 28, 2026, Thai Nguyen broke ground on the Le Mont Ha Chau 1 and Le Mont Ha Chau 2 industrial cluster projects in Diem Thuy Commune, adding more than 100 hectares of planned industrial development space for manufacturing, logistics, and long-term investment needs.

The two projects are expected to help the province complete its industrial infrastructure, expand development capacity, and enhance its ability to attract secondary investors.
On April 28, 2026, the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, in coordination with Kizuna JV Corporation, held the groundbreaking ceremony for a factory-for-lease project.

The project covers an area of approximately 8.5 hectares, with a total investment of more than VND 1,717 billion. Its objective is to provide ready-built factories and supporting spaces for businesses that prefer to lease production premises instead of developing facilities from the ground up.
According to the investor, the project will deliver 128,000 square meters of newly built factory space developed in line with LEED Gold standards.
On April 28, 2026, Onsen Fuji Bac Kan Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the investment, construction, and infrastructure business project of Thanh Binh Industrial Park phase II.

Thanh Binh Industrial Park phase II covers an area of 80.3 hectares and is being developed under the model of a modern industrial park with integrated infrastructure, environmental friendliness, and sustainable development. Once operational, the project is expected to attract around 30 to 40 secondary investors, with total investment estimated at between VND 3,000 billion and VND 5,000 billion.
On April 24, DPV Dak Lak Joint Stock Company broke ground on the investment, construction, and infrastructure business project for Phu Xuan Industrial Park in Cuôr Đăng Commune, Dak Lak Province.

The project has a total planned area of 313.03 hectares and is being implemented in three phases. Phase 1 alone has an investment value of approximately VND 802 billion. With its large scale and substantial total investment, Phu Xuan Industrial Park is considered one of the most notable industrial infrastructure projects in the locality.
On April 23, in Binh An Commune, Dong Nai Province, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for Long Duc 3 Industrial Park, a project spanning approximately 244 hectares across Binh An and Long Thanh communes, with a total investment of around VND 1,800 billion, equivalent to US$74 million.

The project is significant because it adds industrial land supply in one of Dong Nai’s key growth areas, while also being positioned to attract high-tech manufacturing, logistics, and strategic investors near Long Thanh International Airport.
On April 29, 2026, at Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park in Tay Ninh, IMG Phuoc Dong held the groundbreaking ceremony for its High-Rise Factory Cluster project.
