Bac Ninh: YADEA to Inaugurate New Factory

On March 1, 2026, YADEA will officially inaugurate its second smart manufacturing plant at Tan Hung Industrial Park, Lang Giang (formerly Bac Giang Province, now Bac Ninh Province).

With a total investment of USD 100 million and a site area of 232,200 m², the new facility is expected to become a major production hub with an annual capacity of up to 2 million units. This represents a production scale four times larger than YADEA’s first factory, which began operations in 2019.

 

Ha Tinh Approves Investment Policy for 66-Hectare Stainless Steel Plant

Under Decision No. 12/QĐ-KKT dated January 19, 2026, the investment policy has been approved for this project. The project will be implemented by three investors: SINGVIN ASSET MANAGEMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., LAND RIVER HOLDINGS PTE. LTD., and Son Ha Dong Nai Industrial Park Investment JSC. The total registered investment capital amounts to VND 9,800 billion.

The stainless steel plant, located in Hoanh Son, is designed with a production capacity of 2 million tons per year. It will manufacture stainless steel coils in the 200, 300, and 400 series, with thicknesses ranging from 2.5 mm to 5 mm and widths between 1,000 mm and 1,580 mm. The products are intended to serve manufacturing, construction, and supporting industries.

According to the approved plan, the project will deploy three main production lines: steelmaking and continuous casting; hot rolling of steel billets; and pickling and heat treatment of hot-rolled steel coils.

 

Ho Chi Minh City: Groundbreaking Ceremony for Jet Power Technology Factory

In early 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Jet Power Technology Co., Ltd. Factory Project was held at Thoi Hoa Industrial Park, Thoi Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The event marks an important milestone in the company’s production expansion strategy.

The project spans over 63,071 m² and is oriented toward becoming a specialized facility for the manufacturing, processing, and R&D of voltage distribution equipment, switches, circuit breakers, and related electrical devices. The investment aims to enhance production capacity, standardize technical processes, and increase product value in line with a sustainable development strategy.

Glory Faith Electronics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. Increases Investment by Nearly USD 50 Million

The “Glory Faith Electronics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. Factory” project was initially registered on June 4, 2024, with an objective to manufacture 150 million PCB boards per year. The project had an initial registered investment capital of USD 27.33 million and covers approximately 4.4 hectares at Gia Binh II Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province.

To ensure the effective implementation of its registered objectives and scale, Glory Faith Electronics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. has decided to increase its investment by an additional USD 46.63 million for machinery, equipment, and supporting facilities, bringing the total registered investment capital to USD 73.96 million.

This project marks the first manufacturing facility in Vietnam for the Kingboard Group, a global leader in high-end electronic components production.

The factory is designed in accordance with international standards and incorporates advanced, state-of-the-art technologies in electronic component manufacturing. Upon completion and commencement of operations, the facility is expected to generate more than 2,000 jobs for local workers.

 

Hung Yen: Topping-Out Ceremony for Ladymerry Vietnam Technology Factory Project

On January 19, 2026, the topping-out ceremony for the Ladymerry Vietnam Technology Factory Project was held, marking the completion of the main structural works—an important milestone in the project’s implementation process.

The factory is being developed on a 15,392 m² site at Industrial Park No. 05, Xuan Truc Commune, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam.

Dong Nai: Groundbreaking Ceremony for APF Factory Project

In early 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the APF Factory Project was held at Nhon Trach I Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province.

The project comprises 10 factory buildings, internal infrastructure, and supporting facilities, with a total gross floor area exceeding 122,000 m². This development carries high requirements in terms of schedule, quality standards, and synchronized coordination across multiple technical disciplines.

 

Ling Rong Vietnam to start construction on new factory soon

The investor, Ling Rong Vietnam Co., Ltd., operates in the manufacturing of electronic and household appliances, with a long-term production strategy in Vietnam supported by a modern factory system and structured investment scale. The project in Dong Mai Industrial Park, Quang Ninh forms part of the company’s broader expansion strategy in Northern Vietnam.

Bac Ninh Grants Investment Registration Certificate for ZHI YUAN Vietnam Project

According to our findings, the Bac Ninh Industrial Zones Authority has issued an Investment Registration Certificate for ZHI YUAN Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd.

The project aims to manufacture household electrical appliances, specifically the production and processing of cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, robotic floor cleaners, pool cleaning devices, and smart household appliances for use in homes, restaurants, and supermarkets.

The project is designed with an annual production capacity of approximately 400,000 units.

The investment will be implemented at Van Trung Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province, with a total registered investment capital of VND 650 billion (equivalent to USD 25 million).

 

Inauguration of Hongrun Vietnam Factory

The Vietnam Hongrun Biological Food Project, developed by Hongrun Vietnam Biological Food Co., Ltd., was first granted an Investment Registration Certificate by the Bac Ninh Industrial Zones Authority on April 24, 2025, with its third amendment issued on August 13, 2025. The project focuses on the production, processing, and packaging of gummy candies and various confectionery products.

The project has a total registered investment capital of USD 6.8 million and leases 13,620 square meters of factory space from Green Park Bac Ninh Joint Stock Company at Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province.

Upon commencing operations, the facility is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of approximately 7,000 tons, with 100% of its output designated for export markets. The project is projected to generate employment for more than 430 workers.

A Korean Manufacturer is seeking early approval to commence Phase 1 of the Yen Son – Bac Lung Industrial Park Expansion Project.

According to the master plan, the Yen Son – Bac Lung Industrial Park Expansion will cover more than 184 hectares and is oriented toward a multi-sector industrial park model. The development will prioritize the attraction of high-tech and clean industries. Target sectors include precision engineering, non-ferrous metallurgy, industrial equipment, electronics and telecommunications, semiconductor components, robotics, and automation.

The potential developer: Seojin System, a Korean company established in 1996, primarily operates in the manufacturing of precision metal components and aluminum die casting, particularly for the automotive and electric vehicle industries. The company is deeply integrated into global supply chains and serves as a strategic partner to major industrial and high-tech corporations.

In Vietnam, Seojin System is regarded as one of the foreign investors with a large-scale manufacturing ecosystem. In Bac Ninh Province alone, the group is currently implementing eight investment projects with a total registered capital exceeding USD 904 million.

 

Singapore Investor to Develop Industrial Rental Real Estate in Bac Ninh

On February 13, the Bac Ninh Industrial Zones Authority issued an Investment Registration Certificate to Nexcore Capital PTE. LTD.

The project’s objective is to develop and lease industrial facilities, including factories, office space, and other completed structures to support manufacturing and business operations, in compliance with Vietnam’s land and real estate regulations.

The project will utilize over 11 hectares of land at Gia Binh Industrial Park, with a total registered investment capital exceeding USD 48 million. Construction is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2026, with completion and commercial operations targeted for the fourth quarter of 2027.

 

Bac Ninh: Approval of the investment policy, the investor for the concentrated Information Technology Park

The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province issued Decision No. 418/QD-UBND approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving Xuan Cau Holdings Joint Stock Company as the investor to implement the project of investing in and constructing the infrastructure of the concentrated Information Technology Park in Bac Ninh province.

The project's land area is approximately 258.86 hectares.  Total registered investment capital is approximately VND 10,766 billion;
