Vietnam Mingfang Automobile Parts Industry Co., Ltd. has taken a new step in its Vietnam expansion by signing a Land Use Right Sublease Agreement on April 15, 2026 for a new manufacturing project in Quang Ninh Province. The project highlights Mingfang’s commitment to building automobile parts production capacity in Vietnam and adds to the province’s ongoing industrial investment activity.

The agreement was signed between Amata City Ha Long Joint Stock Company, represented by Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan, General Director, and Vietnam Mingfang Automobile Parts Industry Co., Ltd., represented by Mr. Wang Chung Kai, General Director. While the signing took place at Amata City Ha Long Industrial Park, the project’s main significance lies in Mingfang’s decision to establish a new manufacturing base focused on automobile parts and accessories for motor vehicles.

Mingfang’s project will cover a total area of 1.7 hectares and carry total investment capital of USD 15 million. The factory is planned to produce automobile parts and accessories for motor vehicles, supporting the company’s manufacturing footprint in Vietnam and contributing to the broader automotive supply chain in the province.

The project is scheduled to complete construction, equipment installation, and testing before commencing official operations by the end of 2026. This timeline suggests that Mingfang is moving quickly from investment commitment to factory development and production readiness.
