Interviewer: If you had just 3–5 lines to describe yourself, what would you want people to remember about you?

I’d like to be remembered as a family man—a good son, a loving husband, a devoted father, and a proud grandfather. Family has always been the heart of who I am.

Interviewer:  What sparked your journey into your current industry or profession? Was it by choice, chance, or calling?

My journey has been shaped by opportunities. Building strong relationships has been the key. Through networking, I’ve expanded my career across diverse fields—from academia and engineering to marketing, management, and entrepreneurship—spanning both North America and the Asia-Pacific region.

Interviewer: What core values have guided your decisions throughout your career?

My guiding principle is simple: “Treat others as I wish to be treated.” It’s a value that adapts to nearly every situation. In family life, it means showing love. In friendship, it means being honest. In business, it means building trust.

Interviewer: Can you describe your area of expertise and your current role (or most recent role) in a concise way?

I’m a professional manager with a focus on leadership and organizational development. I help people learn how to effectively run teams, departments, or entire companies.

Interviewer: Who do you want to connect with more through this platform?

If you have an interest in America—its markets, culture, or opportunities—I’d love to connect with you.

Interviewer: Thank you Mr. Winston.
